黄刚，男，理学博士，中国科学院特聘核心研究员（二级），中国科学院大学岗位教授，LASG国家重点实验室季风与海气团队负责人, 中国科学院大气物理所大气科学人工智能研究中心主任，博士生导师，国家杰出青年基金获得者(2014)且优秀结题, 国家中青年科技创新领军人才（2016），国家万人计划领军人才（2017），国务院政府特殊津贴获得者。研究生师从于气象泰斗叶笃正院士，1999年9月获得中国科学院大气物理研究所博士学位。担任中国气象学会动力气象委员会委员，大气科学常务编委，气象学报、气候与环境研究以及中国科学数据编委；同时担任SCI刊物Scientific Report，PeerJ, Frontiers in Earth Science，AAS的编委以及Advances in Meteorolog，Sustainability, Atmosphere的客座编委；担任The Innovation Geoscience编委和Geosciences section（Climate）主编，担任Nature子刊（NCC，NC，NPJ等）以及JC等51种SCI刊物审稿工作；CNC-WCRP（中国气候研究委员会）委员以及中国科学院大学、南京信息工程大学、河海大学、成都信息工程大学等兼职教授以及博士或硕士生导师；也是香港中文大学研究生课程特邀授课教授等。曾获国家气象局“十三五”以来气象科技优秀成果（排名第一）中国气象局2023年度科技成果评价良好等级（排名第一）以及2019年度中国气象学会大气科学基础研究成果奖一等奖（排名第一），2017年度广东省科学技术一等奖（排名第二），“学笃风正”优秀博士论文和科研论文奖,涂长望青年科技奖,全国优秀气象科技工作者,中国科学院“朱李月华”优秀教师奖（2012,2020）, 2012、2013和2018年度中科院优秀研究生指导教师奖以及2023学院级优秀课程（主讲教授）,并荣获2013年度赵九章优秀中青年科学奖以及2014年度卢嘉锡优秀导师奖等系列奖励。指导的博士获2012、2013、2018年度中科院优秀博士论文奖及其他青年奖项。截止到目前共发表280文章（包括200篇SCI，66篇CSCD，14篇书的章节），SCI影响因子合计1289.4；其中包括Top期刊（影响因子大于9）27篇（PNAS1篇，Nature Climate Change 3篇，Science Advances2篇，Nature Geoscience3篇, Nature Communications3篇，Annual Review of Earth and Planetary Sciences1篇，NPJ2篇）。SCI总引9295次，Google学术引用11469次，H指数51，入选全球顶尖前10万科学家排名，美国斯坦福大学发布了"2020-2023 全球前 2%顶尖科学家榜单"，“气候变化研究领域全球最具影响力的1000位科学家名单”“全球顶尖前10万科学家排名（2022）”“Research.com环境领域Best Scientists in China for 2023”以及ESI全球地球科学领域科学家排名前1%高引用科学家目录，并且拥有4项计算机软著（3项第一完成人）和1项发明专利（第一完成人）。

Huang Gang, male, Doctor of Science, Distinguished Core Researcher (Grade II) of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), Professor of University of Chinese Academy of Sciences (UCAS), Team Leader of Monsoon and Sea Air Team of LASG State Key Laboratory, Director of the Research Center for Artificial Intelligence in Atmospheric Science of Institute of Atmospheric Physics of the CAS, Ph.D. Supervisor, Recipient of the National Outstanding Young People's Fund (2014) with Excellent Completion, National Young and Middle-aged Leading Talents of Scientific and Technological Innovation (2016), National Ten Thousand People Program Leading Talents (2017), and recipient of the State Council Special Governmental Allowance. He received his PhD degree from the Institute of Atmospheric Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) in September 1999, after studying under academician Ye Ducheng, a leading meteorologist. He is a member of the Power Meteorology Committee of the Chinese Meteorological Society, a member of the Standing Editorial Board of Atmospheric Science, an editorial board member of the Journal of Meteorology, Climate and Environmental Research, and China Scientific Data, and an editorial board member of the SCI journals AAS，Scientific Report, PeerJ, Frontiers in Earth Science，the Guest Editors of Advances in Meteorology, Sustainability, and Atmosphere; editor-in-chief of Geosciences section (Climate) and the editor of The Innovation Geoscience, reviewer of 51 SCI journals such as Nature sub-journals (NCC, NC, NPJ, etc.) and JC; member of CNC-WCRP (China Climate Research Committee) and adjunct professor at University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Nanjing University of Information Engineering, Hohai University, Chengdu University of Information Engineering, and so on, He is also a member of CNC-WCRP (China Climate Research Committee), and a part-time professor and supervisor of doctoral or master's degree students at Nanjing University of Information Engineering, Hohai University, Chengdu University of Information Engineering, etc. He is also an invited professor of postgraduate courses at the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
